internet connections xp

other user's can log on to thieir screen but can't connect to the internet.
they have to go on the administrator connection. I had windows Me now i have
Xp.
have not been able to do this sinceI upgraded to XP.

Open a run Command and type in:
gpedit.msc click [OK]
On the group Policy locate this option under:
[&] User configuration
[+] Software Settings
[+] Windows Settings
[-] Administrative Templates
[+] Windows Components
[&] Start Menu and taskbar =
Remove Network Connections from Start Menu = Make sure this option
is Disabled.
[-] Network
[&] Offline Files
[*] Network Connection =
Prohibit access to the New connection Wizard
Ability To Enable/Disable a LAN connection

Only on Pro - Home Edition doesn't have gpedit.....
