Internet connection

I'm experiencing problems. Whenever i go on the internet,
it dials up fine, i'm on it for about 2 minutes then a
message pops up saying
'This system is shutting down. Windows must now restart
because the Remote Procedure Call service terminated
unexpectedly'
It then counts down while you save any information and
then the computer restarts.
Can you help?!?
I am running Windows XP
