internet connection

Hi all,when i log on to the internet my computer tells me
that i'm working offline.When i look at the drop down
menue under "file" there's a tick next to "working
offline".Where do i go to on my computer so when i go
online i actually go online.(if you know what i mean).

Uncheck the working offline option.
