I am trying to establish an Internet Connection
I follow the following steps:
Create a New Dial-Up Connection
1. To start the Network Connections tool, click Start,
click Control Panel, double-click Network Connections, and
then click Create a new connection in the left pane.
2. Click Set up my connection manually, click Next
I see the option for "Connect using a Dial Up modem", but I
am not able to select the option as if I have no modem.
I can look at devices and see my modem and Windows says
that it is working properly. I am able to dial out from my
computer with modem with no problem.
Why doesn't the New Connection Wizard see my modem?
I didn't have this problem until I upgraded to Windows XP
Professional.
Please help.
