can't make an internet connection via modem

I try to make a new internet connection via modem. I make this steps:
Control Panel - Network Connections - Create a new connection - Connect to
the Internet - Set up my connection manualy ----> and here is the problem.
In the next step i'd like to choose "Connection using a dial-up modem", but
this option is hide. I see it, but i can choose it (is gray - hide). I can
choose only the last option (Connet using a brodband connection that is
always on).
Why I can't install a dial-up modem connection??

My modem works properly (i have install and testing it - no problems). I
have just make a refresh copy on windows and now i can't make a dial-up
connection.... On my motherboard i have also 2 connect fo LAN (but no LAN in
connected). I have this problem before, but i solved it. Now is again there.

What can i do??
