Can anyone tell me how I can connect to a website with the
same name as my primary domain controller ?

You want to say, that your web site is www.domain.com and your DC FQDN is
www.domain.com ? Don't think that this is possible. You need to rename one
of them.

Assuming that the previous is not true and you have a forward lookup zone
called domain.com where you are trying to access www.domain.com:

In DNS, right click the domain.com forward lookup zone
Add a new Host (A) record
Name the A Record WWW

Input the IP address to that web server.

Then going to www.domain.com would resolve to the correct web server site.
