internet connection

I have recently installed Sympatico Internet on Windows XP - I installed it
while in my user account - we have three other accounts on the computer and
no one else can access the Internet - any ideas what I have done wrong ?

Recreate the connection, in the Network Connection folder ('add a new
connection' link) The wizard will allow setting the connection to be shared
with all users and be the default connection (you can just delete the old
one after that)

Or, rightclick the connection icon, and Properties will have the same
checkboxes
