Internet connection with AOL and Network

When I try and configure my pc for home networking the
wizard will not recognize that my pc can directly connect
to the internet. AOL was no help. Any ideas?
 
Here is an article about this subject, as I read it, you cannot use MS ICS program to share a connection, but need to purchase a specific router. They are listed in the article:
