Internet Connection Using a Calling Card

I am using a new DELL laptop with Windows XP Home.

I cannot make a connection using my calling card. I get
the calling card service but cannot get the account
number, PIN and destination to enter after the voice
prompt. I have tried every option in the dialing rules
that I could think of and cannot get a number to enter
after the voice prompt to enter my account number. I
tried using a set time delay, wait for voide prompt to
end and dial digits. I don not have the option, or
cannot find, to enter the numbers manually.

Can anyone help?

I doubt anyone can help you here.
Check whether there is another MS group that is more deeply concerned with
telephony.
