Internet connection through network HUB

I have 2 PC's in a home network connected through a HUB and a DSL modem
connected to the HUB as well (Network configuration:Individual Internet
connections). I just added a new pc to the network using the 'Network Setup
Wizard' using the option 'This computer connect to the internet directly or
through a network hub...' , (The 3 PC's have a static IP), after completing
the wizard the new pc can not establish connection to the internet while the
2 others can.
I also configured a default Gateway for the new PC (The default gateway is
the PC which connect directly to the internet).
Any suggestions ?

Nir,

If I understand your issues correctly, you can't have this new PC set up to
connect directly to the network or hub option as that is not the case (you
have a PC that is connected directly). Although you are using a hub, the
option you chose assumes you have DHCP, DNS, etc, coming directly from your
ISP. You need to re-run the wizard, this time choosing to connect to the
internet via another PC.

If I've misunderstood you, please clarify.

Thanks,

Do I understand correctly that the DSL modem and the three computers
all connect to a network hub, not to a home broadband router?

If so, you need to get three IP addresses from your DSL service
provider. I suspect that you only get two, so the first two computers
can connect to the Internet, but the third can't.

I recommend contacting your DSL service provider for help.
