internet connection sharring

I have a wireless network in my house, and I would like to share the internet
that I get with a wireless adapter in my desktop computer. I have my desktop
and an xbox hooked up to a wired router, and I would like to give my xbox
internet access. When internet connection sharring is off, the xbox and
desktop see each other perfectly, but when I share the wireless connection,
the two cannot see each other, and I can also not access the internet on my
desktop. Is there anyway to set it up so that the xbox can share the
wireless internet connection from my desktop, and also access the internet
with my desktop?

I have tried bridging the connections before, but I lose internet connection
to the computer bridging the connection. This is why I wanted to try
internet connection sharring, because the computer with the sharred
connection should still have internet access. Any ideas on how to still have
internet when the connection is bridged or sharred?

For ICS, the first thing to do is check the IP address of your wireless
card. If it is 192.168.0.x, then you will have to statically configure
TCP/IP on your LAN connection and all other LAN machines to use a different
subnet. Also, right click on My Network Places and select Properties.
Click Advanced/Advanced Settings - make sure the LAN NIC is at the top of
the binding order.
