Is there a way to use Icf to block internet access but
let users access e-mail accounts?
 
ICF can not control outbound traffic. You can do that with more advanced firewalls
such as Zone Alarm, Sygate, or Kerio which are free to try and for personal use OR
you can do that at the hardware firewall if it can manage outbound traffic where you
will have to create rules that refer to computers by their ip address. --- Steve
