Internet connection sharing to xbox

PLEASE can some one help me i have been tryin to sort this out for months and
am really close to paying someone to sort it out!!!!

i want to share my internet connection so i can play xbox live... HOWEVER
when i right click my dial up and go on the advance tab the internet sharing
option isnt there just a firewall option!

please can some one tell me where it is and how to sort it.... i will be
very VERY happy if some one could tell me
