Hi.
I had Win/ME with direct Internet connection and ICS, and Win/2000, on a LAN.
Now I upgraded Win/ME to XP Pro.
I noticed the TCP/IP settings have changed.
How can I enable ICS on the XP machine?
Can I restore the old settings - 192.168.0.1 etc. ?
TIA

Noam,

not necessary. When you enable ICS, the ICS router automatically
sets the IP address to 192.168.0.1.

You enable ICS by right-clicking on your Internet connection,
selecting properties, then clicking on the rightmost tab
(Extended or Advanced), then checking the ICS checkbox.

The other computer should be set to obtain its IP address and
DNS settings automatically.
