Internet Connection Sharing Error. Error 1722

hi

i am having issues with internet connection sharing..
when i try to share the internet connection on the main
computer i get the error:

Cannot Enabled Shared Access.
Error 1722 The RPC Server is Unavailable"

Checked all my Ip setting they seem fine..

anyone got any ideas?
could it be because a service is disabled?

It could very well be a disabled service.
