Internet Connection setup in Windows 2000

Hi,
Can anyone tell me where is internet connection
information stored Windows 2000? I have to set up a
manual proxy server info in the 2000 workstations but I
would like to do it once for every user without individual
setup as I am doing now: setting up the internet
connection wizard for each user with power user privilege
so that he/she can still keep that info saved.

The method to do this is in Group Policy on the DC.
