internet connection problems for users

I am "administrator" on xp pro and have set up guest for
other users but they are unable to connect to the
internet. Only the admin account can dial. Can anyone
help?

Only Admin/limited users can dial. Guests cannot. this is by design.

Guest account, by design cannot connect to internet. Cannot initialize a RAS
connection. But it can use an already ON cable/dsl/lan or already connected
dial-up account using Fast user Switching.

Dial-up connections might terminate while switching users, to prevent that
