internet connection on wireless network

I have a laptop and destop connected to a linksys wireless network. All of a
sudden, I cannot get the desktop to connect to the internet. When I view the
wirelesss networks available I see my network there and then I click on
"connect". It cannot acquire the network address. The laptop is working
fine. I've tried resetting the router and modem but to no avail. Any
suggestions?
