could anyone assist me with the following please??

I have a dell inspiron 8600 laptop with built in bluetooth. I have wireless
broadband and bluetooth on my pc how can i connect to the internet via my
laptop?

As I recall, Dell's website has a fair amount of information on setting
up wireless networks. But it's been over a year since I set up my Dell
notebook and I don't have bluetooth.
