Internet Connection Firewall - port range

K

Karen

I need to open up the range of ports (10001-10100 both TCP
and UDP) in my firewall. How do I do this without having
to enter each of the 200 entries individually?

Karen,

Are you talking about the Windows in-built firewall?? If
this is the case, I don't think there is a way to open a
port range in the Windows Firewall.

Karen,
What firewall are we talking about?
Example:
-Windows XP firewall doesn't allow you to open ports
individually.
-Zonealarm Pro will allow this..

XP's firewall doesn't support port ranges. You need to define an entry for each port, individually.
