Hi,
I am using ie 6 on win xp.
For the last 2 weeks everytime i access the internet and
go to hotmail i type in my username and password etc and
then when i hit return or sign in the whole browser
closes! This happens all the time and as you can imagine i
can not receive or send emails. this is creating a massive
problem for me and would be extremely grateful of any help
or advice that you could give me!!
Also sometimes happens when trying to access other sites,
but no real pattern to this.

Many thanks

.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
than just those two programs. CWShredder is also available here:

**Post your HijackThis log to

Alternative download pages for Ad-Aware, Spybot, HijackThis and CWShredder

If nothing there helps, please post back to this thread.
