How do I reinstall internet browser?

Problem: Cannot download data with pictures through
internet. I was advised to reinstall browser. Please help.

Go to microsoft's home page then click on "downloads" on
the left hand side of the screen. You'll see a listing of
the top five downloads in the center of the screen.
You'll see the option for I.E. 6 Service Pack 1...choose
this & follow the directions.
