It makes absolutely *no* difference where you post a message about this
problem...you will not get a reply from MS. Just have to wait and hopefully
the problem will be corrected...some day.

Microsoft is aware of the problem and working on it. They just don't spend
time in the newsgroups trying to answer each of the posts complaining about
the same issue. Note how many people have posted new threads in this
newsgroup, when it isn't even the newsgroup supporting the Zone.
