Internet Agent Status

I'm unable to activate the "Internet Agent Status" located
under "Real-Time Protection". The current status is In-
active. Running on Windows 2000 Pro.

Hi Vernon,
Try right-clicking on the system tray icon for the MS Spyware
program - the pop-up menu should show if the "Security Agent
Status" is enabled or not - this enables/disables the "real time"
protection. Check it on/off and post back your findings.

Hope this helps.

It does say enabled, so inside the "Real-Time Protection",
the status next to "Internet Status agent" says it's
inactive and directly below there is a hyper to activate it
It also states 0 of 1 checkpoints currently monitored.
That's what has me concerned.

You "may" have a bug in your installation.
Open MSAS, click on Options > Settings > Real-Time Protection >
Ensure that Real-Time Spyware Threat Protection is enabled.
