how to change status!!

At Real-time Protection in MicrosoftAntispyware (Beta1)

I try to click Active Checkpoint to change In-active
status of Process Execution and Script Blocking to Active
status in Application Agent Status (Active) but it's not
successful.

No any action! I would like to know how to change it
smoodly.

Please try this:

Start, Control Panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft Antispyware, Change,
Update.
