Internet access for different users

I have two user accounts on my computer, the owner(me) and my daughter. Everything was fine until one day she was suddenly unable to access the internet from her account home page. Error Message: The Page Cannot Be Displayed...Cannot Find Server or DNS Error. We are still able to access the internet from my account, but not hers. Any help is appreciated.

I just got online last night, setup limited user accounts

for family members and have the exact same issue. The
administrator account accesses internet but not the user
accounts. I am surfing discussion groups to find answer.
Maybe someone will post here the solution. Thanks.

In the Administrator account, did you enable option to save user name
and password for 'Anyone on this computer'. And in the Internet
Options in Control panel in Connections, that 'always dial this
connection' is enabled?

Seems there are a lot of people having this problem and no good answers out there. Months ago I was able to access the Internet from both users on the same machine using IE. One account was admin the other was limited -- didn't matter -- both had access. Somewhere along the way, the user who logs on first is the only one who can access the Net via IE. I've searched and searched -- but no quick fix. Hence, I loaded Netscape -- and now both can access the Net [but only the first person to log on can be the one using IE!!!]. Go Microsoft!!!
