Do your 2 limited user accounts have any "network"
settings - i.e. TCP/IP?

Did you also check in IE under Tools, Options, Connections?

yes, In my 2 limited users account I have network
connection, cause when I check in my network properties
it show it's working find. I still can check my emails
with both outlook express and outlook, I can even play
games - i.e. Backgammmon. but the only thing that I
can't access is internet through IE. it gives my "The
Page cannot be displayed" all the time.

I have a DHCP cable connection, I did check in IE option, connection, LAN,
and then I checked the "automatically detect settings". But still no sign
of internet access.

Seems there are a lot of people having this problem and no good answers out there. Months ago I was able to access the Internet from both users on the same machine using IE. One account was admin the other was limited -- didn't matter -- both had access. Somewhere along the way, the user who logs on first is the only one who can access the Net via IE. I've searched and searched -- but no quick fix. Hence, I loaded Netscape -- and now both can access the Net [but only the first person to log on can be the one using IE!!!]. Go Microsoft!!!
