Internet Access for dial up users using NAT Server

I have configured Win2000 advanced server enabling NAT for
Internet sharing for the LAN users. It works well. The
remote users they dial into the Win 2000 server and get
connected to the server, but they can not access to the
Internet. They can ping to the LAN IP & WAN IP (provided
by ISP), but can not ping to the WAN gateway, which causes
for them not to access Internet.

Please, advice me what settings I should do in the NAT
server configuration.
