Internect Connection

I know there was a topic started on this somewhere in
here but I can not find it.

I am also not sure if this is the right place for this
either.

Our computer is connecting to the internet with a dial up
modem at 115 kbps. It also startes to kick us off when
it feels like it, usually after loading one page. Any
suggestions would help because we are getting very
frustrated.
