internals Recovery Manager Network Problem

I am having a problem with the above application that I am sure is related
NOT to the application, but to the way the clients are configured. A little
background...

The account under which I am logged into the Recovery manager PC has local
admin rights on all PCs. Ditto with the account used to run the RM agents.

A client PC that I configured works perfectly. All RM agents and the RM
remote boot agent get deployed and installed properly.

On all of the PCs that I have not configured personally, I get the "Error
executing InstMSIW.EXE" when trying to install the boot client remotely. Can
anyone suggest what might cause this program to fail to run?

I now know the problem but not why it is happening. It is because the
default favorites folder is on the network.
