internal_power_error in xp with wireless keyboard

Here's a strange one that I hope the community can help me with.

A new Dell 3.0Ghz P4 with XP installed, using a standard keyboard and
mouse.
Tried to add a Dell-branded logitech wireless keyboard and mouse
(usb).
Install the wireless keyboard/mouse, everything works fine until boot
(i.e. BIOS recognizes it). However, during XP boot, we get a BSOD
with "INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR".

Stranger yet, if both the wireless AND standard keyboard/mouse are
plugged in at the same time, we can boot normally! If we boot with
ONLY the standard keyboard/mouse, then yank them after login and plug
in the wireless, everything also works fine!

I've ensured that hyperthreading is disabled in both the BIOS and XP,
updated all appropriate drivers, deleted the standard drivers, etc.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff

Fixed the problem. For those with similar problems...all research
indicated a problem with the keyboard driver. Looking at the driver
details, I saw a strange driver file associated with the keyboard
driver. It turned out to be associated with an old (incompatible)
version of PCAnywhere (this was an upgrade installation from 98).
Moral of the story...the postings (and Microsoft KB article) referring
to internal_power_error were correct, look for something attached to
the keyboard driver!
