Hi Roy,
Do you have any Visual basic or any programming tools running in real time
debugging mode or you use a tool to change some feature like buttons or
Keyboard access on your system?.
This error refer their something like keylogers installed on your system for
a good use or a bad use?.
So be sure your computer clean from malwares and Viruses by scanning and
also look in the Event Viewer for error messages (X) and double click the to
get more Info, copy and paste in your next post.
Read this article here:

If you would like to be sure there are not any bad software installed,
download and run the HijackThis file and post the Log file to one of these
forums for analysis:
If all fail download the Hijackthis and send the report to one of many
forums for analysis and troubleshooting:
When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. Post
your log to http://aumha.net/viewforum.php?f=30,
http://castlecops.com/forum67.html,
http://forums.subratam.org/index.php?showforum=7, or other appropriate
forums for expert analysis, not here.
HTH.

Thanks for your reply.

I used msconfig startup and disabled them all. Kept adding them back a few
at a time until the error message poped up. I was the old PC Magazine
RoboType. The data file was set to auto start. It was the start up of that
file that caused the problem.

Glad you Caught the Culprit in business/action and you can uninstall it,
then you can get the latest version for it or if you can do without it then
Don't bother.
Good luck.
