Internal Error 2755.1632

I need some help, please. I upgraded my OS from ME to XP successfully.
I have a new HP OfficeJet D135 All-in-One printer that I want t
install. When I insert the install CD and get to the part where i
tells me the location that the D135 software will be loaded, I receiv
the error message: Internal Error 2755.1632 D:\setup\setup.msi

I cannot find the error on the Microsoft website so can someone tell m
why the error is occurring and how to get rid of it.
