Internal Error 2755. 1601

I have download Enterprise Console onto the Server. When Installing the
Software I get an error message saying Internal Error 2755. 1601,
C\sec10\ServerInstaller\Sophos Enterprise Console Management Server.msi. When
I click ok to this, the install stops and closed down
