Internal error 0XFFFFFA41 occurred... Restart and try again.

I have a machine running win2k with Novell Client
installed (with latest patch) that allows users to log
into both Novell server and NT4 Domain.

The machines gave me that error and denied login.
I restarted it as suggested by the error message, and it
logged me in.

I am looking for the root cause of the error. Please help.

Check Event Viewer and Device Manager for errors and or non-starting
devices.
