I use both Novell and Windows Operating Systems at the moment, with Zenworks
4, when a user logs into Novell he also gets his rights on the windows
desktop through Zenworks with the Dynamic local user option set, the problem
I am having is I need to change some users Novell login names, however every
time I do
this and login as the user with his new username I get a new Windows user
profile on my desktop without all the previous users settings .
Is it possible to make these changes without this happening and keeping
the users old profile as default.

I don't think this is possible. However, you could copy the
old profile folder over the new profile folder, thus retaining
the old settings.
