Internal Email Training

I need to conduct outlook xp training on an internal workgroup setup.
Normally i would have used an ms mail postoffice but it's not available in
win 2000 or xp..

does anyone know any work around for this so that participants can still
send email to each other?
 
As an alternative to my previous suggestion, it may be possible for you to
install MS Mail on the workstations. As you probably already know, Microsoft
Mail is not Y2K compliant and MS no longer supports it. There are a few
workarounds that can make it work with certain versions of Outlook. See this
