Interface With Hotmail Not Working

I run Vista Business and Office 2007.

I have two accounts set up with my Outlook (and another with Windows Mail).
One of the Outlook accounts is my Hotmail Account (since unlike OE, Windows
Mail does not synch with Hotmail).

Recently I've been running into 2 problems with Outlook. With the account
which synchs with Hotmail, I cannot forward or reply to most of the messages
I receive. The error is simply: "Cannot Send This Message".

The second problem is that in the other account, I get an "Interface Error"
with any email which has been designated as "Junk". Can't preview it, or
open it, etc. In fact I was getting this same Interface Error on mail that
was NOT junk email, so I uninstalled the latest Outlook Update re: Junk Mail
and that solved the problem as far as email that isn't junk.

Any solutions?

Is this a paid Hotmail account? If not, that could explain it. Most free
Hotmail accounts are not allowed to work with Outlook or Outlook Express.

What shows in the Errros tab of the Send/receive Progress window.

It doesn't get that far. The "Cannot Send" error message pops up immediately
after pressing Send.

Now, I've received emails in my non-Hotmail account and receive the following
error message when I try to preview or open it:

"The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists restart Outlook"

Of course restarting Outlook does nothing.

These problems started 2-3 weeks ago.

HELP!!!!
