Hi,
Both of these error messages indicate the presence of malware. Work through
the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm Also note the security tips on that
page.

Additional information at:
The Parasite Fight http://www.aumha.org/a/quickfix.htm
More security tips at http://www.aumha.org/a/parasite.htm
Bugs, Glitches & Stuffups: http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/Darnit.htm

There are removal instructions for IEPageHelper (the inetdctr.dll error) at:
http://www.spyany.com/program/article_adw_rm_Adware_IEPageHelper.html
and
http://www.pestpatrol.com/pestinfo/a/adware_iepagehelper.asp

If CWShredder and Ad-aware and Spybot don't clean things up completely, go
to
http://www.aumha.org/a/quickfix.htm Work through steps 1-4, then post a
HijackThis log for analysis (step 5.)

Hope this helps,
Don
