Intellipoint Blue tooth

I am trying to install the optical desktop bluetooth
mouse and keyboard, on attempting to install the
software the machine states it needs sp1, which I have
installed however it still says it need sp1 now. sp1 is
listed in the loaded programs so at least part of the
system knows it has been installed. any suggestions
welcome

I had the same problem, I searched my C: drive for the
Click to expand...
file that its seeking. When I found it I directed the
installer to that directory, then the program installed OK
