Integration with MsAccess and Limitations

I have a Access Database size around 800MB and every month the size get's
increasing by about 200MB. so i am worried that some or other day it will get
crash.

That's a huge increase on a monthly basis. Any particular reasons
why? Such as embedding graphics or other files? Lots of records?

Can it be better to shift to oracle or any solutions for existing MsAccess
Database

SQL Server would be better as it would upsize nicer and integrate
better.
