HELP ... my instant support no longer works and I am having hardware problems
(RW CD/DVD ROM Drive). I cannot bring up my desktop without my CD/DVD ROM
drive being open. Otherwise all I get is the blue HP Invent screen. Too, my
computer is very sluggish because of this. Before I realized that the
problem was my drive I had downloaded the XP service pack 2 and now am having
other problems as well. I restored back to a previous date but am unsure if
that did anything to remedy things.
