All of a sudden an "Instant Access" Icon appeared on my desktop. I have been unable to find any information on what this does and how to use it. I would appreciate any help you can give me. I am using Windows XP Prpofessional.

Activating the icon brings up a window that has a table to enter "product name and status" The Properties Target is C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe p2esocks_1015.dll.InstantAccess/D. The Compatibility tab says it is part of Windows XP.
