instance of required object

I am using XP Pro beta

When I open and begin to use Windows Explorer, I get the
fatal error message, "Unable to create an insance of
required object: server admin".

Any suggestions on how to correct this???

Sorry, your license to run a beta version of Windows XP
is no longer valid since the released version became available
on 10/25/2001. There is no point in even discussing a beta
version of XP.
