Error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

WinXP SP2
When i try to open a certain web page I get and error message "Object
reference not set to an instance of an object" The page opens all right on
another computer. What do I need to do or change to repair this?

Tools- Internet Options- Advanced Tab
Check "Disable Script Debugging" and Uncheck "Display a notification about every
script error"
Click OK

I tried that. The problem is that the web page won't open properly.
some errors on the page:
