Corrupt netcffiles.cab file

Hi,

A potential users of my PPC application, using Microsoft Pocket PC Version
3.0, was getting the error message "Cannot find [Application] (or one of its
components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and all the required
libraries are available."

I did some research and figured that the user needed to install the
NETCFSetupv2.msi file, that can be found at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...6b-356b-4a2c-857c-e62f50ae9a55&DisplayLang=en

He's now getting the following message when trying to install the above
file: "cabinet file 'cffiles.cab' required for this instalation is corrupt
and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading
from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package". He's downloaded three
times with the same result. I Googled the error message and came up with a
few insances of the same issue but no resolution.

Can anyone advise on the resolution to this issue. Many thanks.

That means MSI is corrupt. Why? That I would not know. Anything from bad
internet connection to bad memory chip in your customer's PC.

In both cases you can download it many times and it will always be corrupt,
probably different way each time. Try another PC/internet connection.
