NETCF 2.0 SP1, help !

I have some win ce net 4.2 devices to test it.
The download has 2 different files:
NETCFSetupv2.msp (patch for vs2005)
NETCFSetupv2.msi (for device)

1) If i install NETCFSetupv2.msp then i can't install NETCFSetupv2.msi
(so how can i delploy
NETCF 2.0 SP1 to my device ?)

2) I removed NETCFSetupv2.msp and NETCF 2.0 SP1 form install/remove
apps and then i can install NETCFSetupv2.msi
2.1) now i can deploy the updated NETCFv2.wce4.ARMV4.cab to my CE
device: my test
application runs OK.
2.2) ... but i can't debug it because a cab that let the debugger
work says "is a wrong CAB": during the deploy with vs2005 i get that
error on the CE device

3) NOW i can't open my old vs2005 projects (error in solution file) so
i'm trying to repair
the installation...

What was my first error ?

now i've repaired vs2005, and installed NETCFSetupv2.msp (patch for
vs2005).

If i try to debug my application i get this error while uploading
"System_SR_ENU_wm.cab"
the file xxx is not a valid CE setup file

Is there a workaround ?

.... solved
i manually install "System_SR_ENU.CAB" on the device...

I got the same 'CAB file is not valid' error on my device when I was
installing SP1. Just wondering how did you manually install the cab
file?

my problem was only on debug, so i first install System_SR_ENU.CAB on
my device
