Installwizard won't work

I am trying to download programs from my CD-ROM and the
install wizard won't work. It reads the files but will
not download. Any ideas.

Do you mean you are trying to install a program that comes on a cd? If
yes, what is the program? Perhaps you need to contact the program's
mftr. for support. Without more information, it's not possible to help
you. Please post back with details if you want help.
