InstallShield Wizard Issues

I am trying to remove a game trough the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs
application, but InstallShield Wizard, though going through all the motions,
is not removing the game. It also will not modify or repair the game, and
hence, I cannot even reinstall the game. I have also tried (to no avail) to
remove files manually, but the game still shows up in the list of installed
programs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This involves tweaking of the registry. Save a backup first if you are
not familiar with it, although its quite simple.

Go to the Run command and type in regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall]

Find the program name in there and simply delete it.
