InstallShield window (with parameters) comes up at startup

Whenever I boot up an InstallShield Window showing the parameters (e.g.
/switches) appears. I can't find why or where to remove and just have to
double click the Included OK button and it goes away. Before it completely
drives me nuts can anyone tell me why this happens and how to stop it?
